Have you ever read the “Here’s Hank” book series?  Well you should! It is a series of books by Henry Winkler and Lin Oliver about a kid who can’t read and he is in the second grade.

There is a new book that was just published on Jan. 29, 2019.  It is book 12 in the series. The title is “Everybody is Somebody.”  In the book, a boy named Hank wants to welcome a famous author, but he gets embarrassed in front of all of his grade.

What the authors do well is express the characters’ feelings, but I would have liked the story to include more details about the characters.

I think kids in second grade will like this book. It is similar to “Dork Diaries” (which I really liked) because the main character gets embarrassed in front of other kids.

I would give this book a 9 out of 10.
